Job Description - Platform Analyst (Technical Lead) – LEM
Role Summary
The Platform Analyst (Technical Lead) for LEM is responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of API‑ and microservices‑based integration solutions with Sentinel. This role provides technical leadership, ensures architectural alignment, and partners with cross‑functional teams to enable scalable, secure, and reliable platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of business requirements and translate them into robust integration solution designs.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Platform Managers, and business stakeholders to shape end‑to‑end technical solutions.
- Support solution grooming, estimation, non‑functional requirements definition, and validation activities.
- Guide DevSecOps and development teams in implementing microservices, APIs, and platform components.
- Ensure all solutions meet architectural standards, security requirements, performance expectations, and operational readiness.
- Oversee test strategy validation, automation planning, regression support, and execution quality.
- Provide technical expertise for incidents, change requests, service operations, and continuous improvement.
- Support business onboarding, capability demonstrations, deployments, and change‑management activities.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Licensing Entitlement Management Domain—a highly collaborative, globally distributed organization responsible for business‑critical application. The team combines strong domain knowledge with deep technical capability to deliver high‑quality integration solutions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- 15+ years of experience across integration leadership, solution design, business analysis, or technical project delivery.
- Strong expertise in API‑led and microservices‑based architectures.
- Hands on Proficiency in:
- Java Spring Boot
- AWS EKS, Kubernetes
- AWS compute, development, networking, and storage services
- RDBMS
- React/Next.js and Node.js
- Hands‑on experience with OpenAPI specifications and API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman).
- Experience designing or supporting API solutions on Apigee (preferred), including monitoring, HA, load balancing, and failover.
- Knowledge of identity and access integrations (LDAP, Azure AD).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitHub Actions).
- Lean Foundation certification.
- Solid grasp of API security standards and protocols: HTTPS, SSL, OAuth, REST, JSON, XML.
- Experience leading partner teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
