Develop and lead pillar teams and Focused Improvement projects, and once deployed, leverage Plant Optimization to deliver measurable business results.
Create and sustain a high-performance culture by promoting the growth and development of Manufacturing Unit staff and associates through continuous coaching, mentoring, training, development, and compliance.
Monitor and control costs related to labor, materials, and equipment.
