Position: Plant Head Harness Cable Manufacturing

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 10+ years (Cable / Wire Harness Industry) preferably candidates with Operations Head experience

Qualification: B.E. in Engineering

Job Summary:

The Plant Head will oversee end-to-end operations of the cable manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth functioning across production, maintenance, quality, and dispatch. The role focuses on achieving operational excellence through strategic planning, cost control, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall plant operations production, maintenance, quality, and shipping.
• Achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets through efficient resource utilization.
• Implement safety, quality, and operational best practices.
• Drive Kaizen and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage plant budgets and ensure cost optimization.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams for high performance.
• Prepare and present MIS and performance reports to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and plant management.
• Expertise in production planning, quality control, and maintenance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Exposure to Lean / Kaizen / Continuous Improvement practices.
