Key Responsibilities:
Manage seasonal buy plans and inventory allocation, analyze sales, stock, and margins, drive assortment optimization, collaborate cross-functionally, support store performance, and assist in new store launches and expansion planning.
Ideal Candidate:
5-10 years of experience in retail planning/merchandising, strong analytical and Excel skills, commercial mindset, and passion for fashion retail.
