Planning Manager

Minimum 15 to 20 years Exp worked with reputed civil contractor firm / main contractor.

1. Experience in High rise building construction projects is a must.
2. Familiar with Primavera
3. Familiar in preparing baseline schedule , tracking , monitoring , including cost and resource loading.
4. Familiar with contracts , claim procedure, EOT, Time impact analysis.
5. Well verse in reporting documents daily, weekly, monthly , and look ahead schedules, revenue tracking.
6. Recording Risk register , events, and notification as required.
7. Client / consultant interface and preparing inputs and submission timely .
8. Internal and external stake holders coordination .
