Job Title: Planning Manager

Position Type: Assistant / Dy. Manager

Job Overview

• Responsible for handling two (2) sites and to Implement the complete life cycle of a real estate project plan with resources
• and cost using Microsoft project software, including handover and authority approvals. Activity planning at different stages of
• the project, utilizing a breakdown structure (WBS), Coordination with project stakeholders. Knowledge of L1, L2, L3, & L4 levels of
• scheduling is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Update actuals and monitor the construction schedule every week, highlighting the delays and presenting a recovery plan to
• project head.
• Prepare the 3 months look-ahead plan for the project, catch up schedules, prepare and submite the weekly & monthly
• progress reports.
• Update quarterly progress reports on RERA Portal,
• Prepare and maintain the Delay analysis, delay register, documents various events that effect the project timeline on a regular
• basis, project hindrance report including rain fall data, and analyse the impact of these risks on project completion timelines.
• Coordination with other departments of project deliverables. ) Contracts, procurement, Design, etc.), Prepare & track the cash
• flow for the financial year, manpower histogram and other relevant reports.
• Prepare and track vendor onboarding material procurement schedules.
• Audit reports and documents.

Qualifications

• BE / B tech in Civil Engineer/Postgraduate in construction management
• Experience should be mandatory in high rise residentials buildings.

Key Competencies

• Ability to handle contractors, consultants, and all stakeholders, ensuring smooth receivables and facilitating project progress.
• Perform any other responsibilities related to the planning profile as assigned by the project Head.
