We are looking for a sharp, analytical, detail-oriented professional to support category-level planning, buying, and inventory management for our eyewear business. What You will Do

1. Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

• Assist in tracking AOP performance for the eyewear category-sales, margins, inventory
• Prepare reports and dashboards for Finance, Category, and Leadership reviews
• Help identify gaps vs plan and support corrective action planning

2. Demand Forecasting & Buying Support

• Analyze sales trends and assist in demand forecasting
• Support the creation and maintenance of OTBs (Open to Buy) across categories
• Help prepare buying recommendations for repeat and new SKUs in collaboration with senior planners

3. Inventory Management & Tracking

• Monitor stock levels, aging, and replenishment cycles
• Support rolling inventory plans aligned to sales and marketing calendars
• Track key metrics like DOH (Days on Hand), stock cover, and availability
• Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to ensure stock alignment

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Build weekly/monthly reporting on sales, stock health, OTB, and category performance
• Create dashboards and insights using Excel and internal tools
• Support leadership reviews with data prep and analysis

What We are Looking For

• 02 years of experience in Planning, Buying, Inventory, Analytics, or a related field (Retail / E-commerce / FMCG preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, basic modeling)
• Comfortable working with large data sets
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership
• Prior internship or project experience in retail/planning is a plus
