About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join our EPC project team for a large-scale Medical Hospital Building project in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination with site teams in commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress and prepare detailed planning reports
• Prepare and update baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules
• Monitor critical path activities, milestones, and slippages
• Coordinate with Site, Procurement, QS, and Billing teams for planning inputs
• Prepare S-curves, dashboards, and MIS reports for management review
• Support resource planning, manpower & material forecasting
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of planning reports

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 512 years in planning for EPC commercial / building construction projects
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 (or) MS Project, and MS Excel
• Experience in hospital / institutional / large commercial projects preferred
