We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Planning Manager

PURPOSE [raison d'tre]

The role will be responsible for the planning and controls for all interior work areas at the assgined site

AREAS OF OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY

Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans for all Interior works at the site

Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Analyse data to identify trends and make data backed recommendations for optimized on-time delivery

Forecasting resource requirements and ensuring their availability

Ensuring timelines are met and projects are executed smoothly.

Contract & Vendor management, Vendor Development - Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors

DELIVERABLES

Project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation

Reports and Trackers recording weekly progress

Budget and resource allocation plans.

Risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Updated forecasts and projections based on changing circumstances

KPIs

On-Time Reporting: Monitor progress of projects vs schedule & timely publishing of reports to relevant stakeholders

Accuracy of Forecasts: Compare projected outcomes against actual outcomes. Goal vs Achieved.

Resource Utilization: Evaluate how effectively resources are allocated and utilized.

Cost Efficiency: Monitor the cost-effectiveness of delivery of Construction Services.

Risk Management: Track, identify and mitigate potential risks with focus on workforce deployment
