Planning Engineer

Qualifications: -

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Education Qualification: Bachelor's in civil engineering

Job Responsibilities: -

1. Project Planning & Scheduling in MSP (Microsoft project) on monthly basis.
2. Planning of material procurement for projects.
3. Cash flow charts preparation & tracking
4. PFS & updating costs every quarter.
5. Tender document study & follow up for correspondence with Department.
6. Review meeting in coordination with Project Office & site every month & follow up for achievement of target.
7. Revision in planning & find out bottle necks in the progress of project execution.
8. Tender document study & claim management
9. Preparation of Budget & follow-up for achievement
10. Bill tracking for cash flow.
11. Arranging Bought out material of project in coordination with Purchase Department.
12. Sub-contractors' management with PQ
13. Tracking project progress and preparing project reports i.e. DPR, MPR, procurement reports & meeting reports.
14. Coordinating with execution team for monitoring project progress.
