Responsibilities

• Develop, update and monitor project schedules using MS project or similar software
• Track progress and prepare DLR,MPR and DPR reports for management.
• Coordinate with QS and site teams for resource and manpower planning.
• Assist in material planning and ensure timely intend submission.
• Maintain updated drawings schedules and logs in a central system.
• Maintain approved vendor lists.(AVL and material approval status)
• Prepare and update procurement registers for long lead materials.
• Maintain MIS report and ensure material reconciliation with QST.
• Support logistics planning and participate interview meetings.

Required Skills

• B.tech in civil engineering.
• 1-5 years of experience in project planning(construction industry)
• Proficiency in microsoft project.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Malayalam language is an added advantage.
