Basic Qualifications
B.S. / B.B.M / M.B.A / B.E. in Supply Chain, Technical, or Business background (or equivalent practical experience)
7+ years of experience in multinational companies within IT organizations
3+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, and complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budget management, and product/service costing (preferably infrastructure operations)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication with presentation skills
Strong analytical mindset with experience in Power BI or other BI reporting tools
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ERP systems such as Oracle, Coupa, Zip, ServiceNow, Jira , etc.
Working knowledge of financial concepts: CapEx & OpEx, depreciation & amortization, accruals, fixed assets, cost centers, chart of accounts, inventory
Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes PR/PO, pricing, quotes, invoicing, and payments
Experience driving process improvements and system enhancements
Technical understanding of IT infrastructure (datacenter, network, systems, storage, end-user computing, enterprise IT systems)
Strong customer and stakeholder relationship management
Experience working in large, complex, global environments.
