Planner- PCL

• Knowledge of BOMs and product structure.
• Must be able to analyze demand & supply trend (MRP).
• Strong Data Analytical skills and familiar with Planning procedures across Manufacturing industries.
• Acquaintance with ERP modules related to SCM, purchase, production & warehousing.
• Responsible for identifying & taking various inventory management measures.
• Active Involvement and Responsible for providing support to the Customer Support Team (CST) and Production Team .
• Manage the materials planning for projects by providing materials support to the weekly production planned orders, expedite materials to meet production plan  for ramp up
• Working on customer forecast for activity like demand comparison, gap analysis using waterfall method
• Responsible for analyzing availability of materials & capacity based on customer demand
• Responsible for running weekly system reports to determine material shortages, Core responsibilities include providing timely Materials status through use of available Shortage reports
• Freight cost optimization and liaising with channel partners for timely inbound physical flow of materials.
