Job Description

Responsibilities

• Managing the support and enhancement of Planet Together (PT) system across multiple global factories working closely with factory planners and schedulers. • Analyzing problems in production scheduling and its subsequent upstream and downstream systems and working closely with client for industry standard solutions. • Resolving issues arising out of PT system interfacing with Kinaxis Rapid Response for Production Scheduling. • Proactive health checks ensuring continuous availability of the system and proactive enhancements towards improvement and better user experience • Handling interactions with multiple stakeholders such as Factory Planners, Client IT team, Client Core Process team, PT experts, Integration team and Source ERP teams.

Technical Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in PT working in client engagement in implementation, support or rollout of PT system to factories • Good understanding of PT production landscape and its functionalities and integration components. • Good understanding of underlying technology of PT and ability to debug and resolve issues in the technical layer of the product • Completion of PT Version 11 Product Training Level 1 and Level 2 • Good Communication skills and client facing experience and the drive to ensure client satisfaction. • Good understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response solution with hands-on experience would be added advantage. • Good understanding of Production Planning and Scheduling process. APICS/CPIM certification would be an added advantage.
