Role Description

This is a full-time/ part time on-site role for a Placement Office, based in Indore. The Placement Officer will be responsible for getting candidates placed after they finish their training in BFSI domain.

Qualifications

• Expertise in career counseling, recruitment, market analysis, tie up/ relationship with banks, NBFCs, Insurance companies etc. combining excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills They must be empathetic mentors, strategic networkers, and calm under pressure, handling diverse student needs and corporate demands. BFSI domain, including in-depth knowledge of banking, financial services, and insurance concepts and practices
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills with the ability to effectively engage and inspire learners
• Excellent at motivating candidates for job roles.
