Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, mock interviews, and skill workshops to prepare students for industry roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, tracking placement metrics and graduate employment data.
• Manage student records, follow up with employers on hiring feedback, and organize career counseling sessions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years in placements/training within universities or colleges, ideally in engineering/technical education.
• Proven networking skills, knowledge of Bengaluru's job market, and familiarity with ERP systems for reporting.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication for stakeholder coordination and student mentoring.
• Data analysis for placement reports and trend tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and virtual platforms like Zoom.
