Job Description: Manager - Placements

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager for our Placements team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong background from a reputed business school. Expertise in Finance, Business Analytics (BA), or Data Science (DS) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-boarding corporate partners for student placements and internships.

2. Develop and implement strategies to on-board new corporate partners.

3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners.

4. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to secure placement opportunities.

5. Collaborate with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum.

6. Organize and facilitate regular meetings and communication with corporate partners.

7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to ensure high-quality placements.

8. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during placements.

9. Prepare and present reports on partnership status and outcomes to senior management.

10. Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for student placements and internships.

Required Skills and Experience:

Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputed business school, with a specialization in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science.

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.
