Job Description
ey Responsibilities:
- Industry Interaction & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, corporate HRs, and placement partners.
- Identify new placement opportunities and potential recruiters across various industries.
- Stay updated with market trends and employer expectations.
- Placement Drive Management
- Organize campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, group discussions, and interviews.
- Ensure smooth execution of placement processes (shortlisting, scheduling, offer letters, joining formalities).
- Coordinate logistics for placement events and ensure a professional interface with companies.
- Student Engagement & Career Guidance
- Counsel and mentor MBA students regarding industry expectations, career paths, and skill development.
- Conduct workshops on resume building, interview preparation, aptitude tests, and soft skills.
- Maintain records of student profiles and track their placement status.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain an up-to-date database of recruiters, placement drives, and student profiles.
- Prepare placement reports, KPI dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Analyze placement performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and administration to align placement activities.
- Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and industry bodies for opportunities.
- Support in internships and live project placements.

Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in HR / Marketing / Operations or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or HR role.
- Prior experience in academic placement or corporate hiring is preferred.
