Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Coordinator based in Noida. The Placement Coordinator will facilitate partnerships with hiring organizations, manage recruiting workflows, and support candidates in the placement process. Responsibilities include coordinating with hiring partners to understand recruitment needs, providing job-related support to candidates, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the placement lifecycle. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and identifying opportunities to expand the network of hiring partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring partners, and team members.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to assist candidates and collaborate with organizations effectively.
• Experience or knowledge in Education and Recruiting, with the ability to match candidates to appropriate opportunities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using modern applicant tracking systems or CRM tools is a plus.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
