Role Description

Build a strong hiring ecosystem by:

Establishing company partnerships for job opportunities.

Selecting and onboarding Campus CEOs / student ambassadors.

Expanding college presence and driving platform adoption.


Core Responsibilities

1. Corporate Partnership and Hiring Network

Identify and approach startups, HR teams, and recruiters.

Pitch your platform and onboard companies to post hiring opportunities.

Maintain recruiter relationships and follow up on hiring needs.

Ensure job opportunities are added and updated in the platform.

2. Campus CEO/Ambassador Program

Identify potential Campus CEOs from colleges.

Conduct screening calls and onboarding.

Manage ambassador performance and engagement.

Coordinate campus activities, assessments, and club launches.

3. College Club and Ecosystem Development

Help establish campus clubs aligned with your platform.

Plan growth initiatives, events, or hiring drives.

Act as the bridge between corporates and student communities.


Required Skills

Strong communication & negotiation skills(B2B + student interaction).

LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and relationship building.

Understanding of hiring pipelines or campus recruitment models.

Ability to manage multiple colleges and corporate contacts simultaneously.

Basic CRM or spreadsheet tracking experience.


Qualification/Experience

03 years experience in:

oBusiness Development

oPartnerships

oCampus hiring / EdTech / HRTech

Any degree is fine; communication ability matters more than academics.

Experience running college clubs or communities is a strong advantage.
