Analyze and process Call Detail Records (CDRs) for billing accuracy and completeness.

Monitor and troubleshoot billing jobs and batch processes in Unix environments.

Perform data extraction and manipulation using PL/SQL for billing and reporting purposes.

Collaborate with network teams to understand switch configurations and their impact on billing.

Support invoice generation, validation, and delivery processes.

Investigate and resolve billing disputes raised by customers or internal stakeholders.

Assist in identifying and mitigating fraudulent billing activities through data analysis.

Maintain documentation for billing processes, job flows, and issue resolutions.

Participate in audits and compliance checks related to billing operations
