We are looking for PL/SQL Developer

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore

Experience: 4+ years

Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the team for L2/L3 support for production systems and applications

Monitor system performance and contribute to performance tuning initiatives.

Estimating effort, planning sprints, and managing deliverables

Conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices

Collaborating with architects, QA, and business stakeholders

Driving continuous improvement and innovation in database solutions

Work experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL is a plus)

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

- Ability to read and understand legacy code and complex stored procedures

- Debugging complex PL/SQL logic and resolving production issues

- Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and recommend solutions or workarounds

- Designing scalable and secure database solutions

- Translating business requirements into technical specs

Communication & Soft Skills

Explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Writing clear documentation and technical design specs

Managing stakeholder expectations and project risks

Core Technical Expertise

Advanced PL/SQL - Writing optimized, modular, and reusable code (procedures, packages, triggers)

SQL Performance Tuning - Ensures high-performing queries and efficient resource usage

Oracle Database Internals - Deep understanding of architecture, indexing, partitioning, and storage

Oracle Tools - Proficiency in TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL*Loader, OEM, AWR, and Explain Plan

Development Tools - Git/Github, Jenkins for managing codebase, collaboration and deployments

Ticketing Systems - JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence

Bonus Skills

Exposure to AWS services
