Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PL Specialist Leader / Manager to lead and manage a high-performing design and presentation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with US-based stakeholders, creating visually compelling, high-impact presentations, and managing teams responsible for visual storytelling and business communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for creating high-quality visual content, including executive presentations, decks, and business storytelling assets.
• Collaborate closely with US customers and stakeholders, working during US business hours to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of presentation designfrom concept, structure, and narrative to final visual execution.
• Ensure presentations are visually engaging, brand-aligned, and pedagogically effective for executive and customer audiences.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management for team members, fostering skill development and quality delivery.
• Review, refine, and approve presentation materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and excellence.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Salesforce to track performance, insights, and business metrics.
• Continuously improve design processes, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity and output quality.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across geographies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing design teams or teams focused on presentation and visual content creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience working with US customers and supporting stakeholders during US business hours.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating high-impact presentations using tools such as:
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Google Slides
• Keynote
• Figma / Sketch
• Canva
• Slidebean
• Visme
• Prezent.ai
• Hands-on experience in creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
• Strong eye for design, layout, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
