Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with US customers during US business hours.
- 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience managing teams focused on scheduling and workforce planning, data analysis, and real-time analysis (RTA).
- Strong experience in creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
