This is a full-time, on-site Pilates Instructor role based in Bengaluru. The Pilates Instructor will lead group and individual sessions while creating customized workout routines tailored to clients' fitness levels and health goals. Responsibilities include ensuring correct form and technique, educating clients about physical wellness, offering modifications for varying abilities, and delivering an engaging and safe movement experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a welcoming studio environment and fostering positive client relationships.

• Proficiency in Pilates Instruction and the ability to lead group exercise classes effectively
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles and the ability to guide clients safely through tailored exercises
• Strong Customer Service and Teaching skills, with the ability to create safe, supportive, and engaging learning environments
• Certified Pilates Instructor certification is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client trust and ensure a positive studio experience
• Flexibility to adapt to client needs and a passion for promoting health and wellness
• Prior experience in a similar role and additional fitness or wellness certifications are a plus
