Role Overview:

• Hospital (OPD & IPD exposure) and partner facility-based physiotherapy services
• Structured rehabilitation programs at partner healthcare facilities
• Community-oriented geriatric and mobility rehabilitation initiatives
• Exposure to varied patient profiles including post-operative, ortho, neuro and geriatric cases

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage OPD and IPD cases in hospital settings
• Deliver structured rehabilitation programs
• Provide geriatric rehabilitation, mobility training, fall prevention & strengthening protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
• Coordinate with doctors and facility administrators
• Maintain professional documentation and measurable progress tracking
• Support patient education and preventive physiotherapy programs

Ideal Candidate:

• BPT/MPT with at least 1 year of experience (Orthopaedics / Neurology/ Sports preferred)
• Strong command over patient handling, assessments, and planning
• Confident in managing the work independently
• Friendly communicator and ethical in patient dealings
• Maintain digital and physical records of daily patient treatments
