Physiotherapist ( Remote Role )

NOTE: Please read these points very carefully before you apply for this position, so that we both can save a lot of time

1) This is US based company and you will be working in EST time zone from 9 AM till 5 PM ( That is roughly 6 PM IST till 2 AM IST )

2) Salary will be 25,000 INR / month with 6 months period raise as per your performance and attendance

3) Calls are your primary task, so you should be patient enough to make a calot of calls

4) And you should be very good in English both speaking and writing at least 9 /10 scale

5) Person should not work more than 1 employment as per the company and Michigan state guidelines for this position

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interviewing patients to gather information about their health status, living situation, social support system, and goals for care and reviewing medical records and other documents
• Coordinating patient care with nurses, therapists, social workers, and other members of the healthcare team
• Explaining the nature of home health services to patients, families, and caregivers
• Completing all admissions paperwork and entering it digitally
• Verifying medical insurance coverage and benefits for each patient and applying for the prior authorizations as per the need and Scheduling appointments for consultations and procedures
• Answering phone, email inquiries and checking on incoming faxes and sending faxes as per the need
• Facilitating the intake referral process, coordinates care with the team and referral source
• Obtaining verification of benefits, patient demographics and all required clinical support documentation
• Coordinating the start of care activities with the Home Health Intake nurse or other agency designees
• Providing resource to interpret Medicare home health eligibility and guidelines
• Communicating pertinent information and instructions for specific physicians order to health team members, including completion of the interdisciplinary referral
• Qualities checks the clinical notes and do necessary edits and get approval from QA supervisor for final clinical note submission.
• Performing clerical work such as filing and keep the records and faxes in order
• Preparing and maintaining patient charts and charting the patients as per the directions from admin
• Complying with the regulations and policies of the facility.
• Other tasks as needed by administration.
