Job Description
Job Role : Physical Verification Engineer
Experience : 7+ years
Location : Bangalore
- Strong expertise in physical verification (DRC, LVS, ERC, Antenna, LUPESD,PERC checks) on advanced nodes, such as TSMC N7/N5/N3.
- Hands-on experience with Calibre/ICV, FC/ICC2 or INNOVUS, and other tools.
- Deep understanding of foundry design rules, reliability checks, and tape-out requirements, ability on SVRF deck coding is an advantage.
- Ability to drive floorplan, routing, and layout verification closure across multiple IPs and SoC-level integration.
- Familiarity with hierarchical verification strategies and waiver management.
- Good communication with Global team and strong leadership skill
