Physical Design Lead

We are looking for an experienced Physical Design Lead to drive full-chip and block-level physical design activities from floorplanning to sign-off for advanced-node SoC programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end physical design implementation (Floorplanning P&R Sign-off)

Drive timing closure, DRC & LVS

Handle congestion, power & performance optimization

Collaborate with RTL, DFT & Signoff teams

Mentor and guide Physical Design engineers

Own block-level and full-chip implementation

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Floorplanning
• Hands-on experience in Place & Route
• Proven track record in Timing Closure
• Experience with Cadence Innovus and/or Synopsys ICC
• Strong understanding of advanced-node design (7nm/5nm preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant Physical Design experience

Good to Have

• Low-power design techniques
• Multi-voltage design experience
• Full-chip tape-out experience
