Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role of PHP Technical Lead based in Pune, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The PHP Technical Lead will oversee and guide the development of high-quality web-based solutions, implement industry best practices, and ensure that the software architecture and design are robust and scalable. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient PHP code, maintaining existing codebase, ensuring security and scalability, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving project success and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Software Development and Programming, with a strong command of PHP and related frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Databases and database management systems such as MySQL.
• Proven expertise in Cybersecurity and Network Security, including best practices for secure code development and system integrity.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust software architectures.
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges encountered during projects.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience required.
