This is a full-time, on-site role for a PHP Laravel Technical Lead located in Pune. The PHP Laravel Technical Lead will be responsible for designing and developing software applications using Laravel and other relevant frameworks. Key responsibilities include leading development projects, ensuring code quality, overseeing database management, implementing secure and scalable coding standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions. The role will also involve troubleshooting, testing, and providing technical mentorship to other team members.

• Proficiency in Software Development, Programming, and expertise in PHP Laravel
• Strong knowledge of Databases, including schema design and optimization
• Experience with Cybersecurity and implementing secure coding practices
• Solid understanding of Network Security and best practices to protect systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor a team
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical field
• Experience with additional PHP frameworks or front-end technologies is a plus
