PHP / Laravel Developer (Full-time, Office-based)

We build and manage multiple business automation applications using PHP Laravel. We are looking for a hands-on developer who can fix bugs, set up and manage servers, and build new features end-to-end. This is a full-time, office-based role in Saket, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Fix bugs and ensure stable releases with proper root-cause analysis.
• Develop and implement new features using PHP Laravel.
• Set up and manage servers (Linux, Apache/Nginx, PHP-FPM, SSL, cron jobs).
• Handle deployments, Git workflows, and basic CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize databases (MySQL/Postgres) queries, migrations, indexing.
• Monitor logs, troubleshoot performance issues, and resolve production errors.
• Apply security best practices, patches, and system hardening.
• Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation and tests.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 3+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Strong skills in Linux server setup and management.
• Proficiency in MySQL (queries, schema, optimization).
• Hands-on experience with Git version control.
• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and security basics.
• Willingness to work full-time in our Saket, New Delhi office (MondayFriday).

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

• Docker / container experience.
• AWS / DigitalOcean / GCP (basic provisioning, RDS, S3).
• Queue systems (Redis, RabbitMQ).
• Monitoring & logging tools (Sentry, NewRelic, Grafana).
• Automated testing (PHPUnit, Pest).
