Hiring: Full Stack Developer (PHP / Laravel / MySQL)

We are looking for ahands-on Full Stack Developerwith strong experience inPHP (Laravel) and MySQLwho is actively coding and enjoys building scalable backend systems, workflow-driven platforms, and high-volume processing applications.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, designing efficient data models, and building systems that automate operational workflows.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services usingPHP (Laravel framework)

Build and maintainRESTful APIsfor internal systems and external integrations

Developworkflow-driven applicationsthat automate intake, processing, validation, and output generation

Design and optimizeMySQL database schemasto support high-volume transactional systems

Implement business logic fordata validation, rule engines, and workflow routing

Build modules forreporting, document generation, and system outputs

Implement background processing forjob queues, asynchronous processing, and event-driven tasks

Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate complex business processes into scalable system logic

Ensure performance optimization, system reliability, and maintainability of the platform

Backend Development

Strong experience withPHP and Laravel Framework

Experience buildingRESTful APIs and modular backend services

Strong understanding ofMVC architecture and Laravel best practices

Database

Advanced knowledge ofMySQL database design and optimization

Experience working withlarge datasets and performance tuning

Ability to designrelational schemas for workflow and transaction-heavy systems

Integration & Automation

Experience integrating withexternal APIs and service endpoints

Experience implementingwebhooks, event processing, and background job queues

Ability to design systems that handledata ingestion, normalization, and automated processing pipelines

Platform & System Design

Experience building systems withmultiple workflow states and processing stages

Familiarity withrole-based access control, audit logs, and system monitoring

Ability to design maintainable systems that supportscalability and operational transparency

Front-End (Preferred)

Experience withJavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React

Familiarity withHTML5, CSS, and modern front-end development practices

38 years of full stack development experience

Currentlyactively coding and building applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable translating complex operational processes into scalable software systems

Able to work in afast-paced product and engineering environment
