Pitambra Film & Production is looking for a skilled Photographer & Videographer who can handle high-quality shoots for events, artist portfolios, campaigns, ad shoots, and social media content. The candidate must be creative, disciplined, and capable of delivering professional output consistently.

• Capture high-quality photos for artist portfolios, events, fashion shoots, studio shoots, and brand campaigns
• Plan and execute photoshoots as per project requirements
• Edit and retouch images for professional results
• Manage lighting, composition, and framing during shoots
• Maintain all photography equipment

• Shoot professional videos for events, reel content, promotions, behind-the-scenes (BTS), interviews, auditions, and campaigns
• Work closely with the creative team to understand shoot concepts
• Edit videos for social media, YouTube, and marketing use
• Add transitions, effects, color grading, and sound enhancements
• Manage on-location and studio setups

• Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting kits, audio setups, and stabilizers
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and stored properly
• Backup and organize media files regularly

• Strong experience in photography & videography (portfolio mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and basic After Effects
• Good knowledge of lighting techniques and camera handling
• Ability to direct models, clients, and artists during shoots
• Creativity and strong visual storytelling ability
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced production schedules

• Experience in fashion shoots, music videos, or production house work
• Basic drone handling (optional)
• Color grading and audio editing knowledge (added advantage)

• Monthly Salary: 20,000 30,000 (based on skills)
