Key Responsibilities
Photography

Capture high-quality professional photographs
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and color
Ability to shoot both candid and posed images
Deliver professionally edited final images

Videography

Shoot cinematic-style videos with smooth camera movements
Knowledge of storyboarding and visual storytelling
Capture B-roll, close-ups, wide shots, and transitions

Ability to shoot content for:

Social media
Reels
Promotional videos
Long-form videos

Editing Skills Required

Photo Editing
Color correction and color grading
Retouching and image enhancement
Export optimized files for web and social media

Tools Required:

Adobe Photoshop
Canva (for quick creatives and social formats)

Video Editing

Cinematic color grading
Clean cuts, smooth transitions, and sound syncing
Basic motion graphics and text overlays

Tools Required:

Adobe Premiere Pro
CapCut
VN Editor

Technical & Workflow Skills

Comfortable managing deliverables using Google Sheets
Ability to meet deadlines and follow creative briefs
Open to feedback and revisions
