About the Role

Were looking for a Photogrammetry Intern to help create high-quality 3D assets from real-world objects and environments. Youll support our 3D/AR/VR content pipeline by capturing imagery, processing scans, and preparing clean, optimized models for use in games, product visualization, digital twins, or XR experiences.


What Youll Do
  • Capture photo sets for objects/materials/environments using consistent lighting and camera settings
  • Process data using photogrammetry tools (e.g., RealityCapture, Metashape, Meshroom)
  • Clean up meshes (remove artifacts, retopo/decimate as needed) and generate UVs
  • Create and refine PBR textures (albedo, normal, roughness, AO)
  • Optimize assets for real-time engines (Unity/Unreal) and ensure correct scale/orientation
  • Document workflows and help improve scanning/processing guidelines
What Were Looking For
  • Basic understanding of photogrammetry principles
  • Familiarity with at least one photogrammetry tool (RealityCapture/Metashape/etc.)
  • Working knowledge of a DCC tool like Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max
  • Understanding of PBR workflows and texture maps
  • Attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback
Nice to Have
  • Experience with some 3D softwares like Unreal, Unity or Blender
  • Basic scripting (Python) for pipeline automation
  • Experience with material scanning or tools like Substance 3D
  • Portfolio showing scans or 3D assets (even personal projects)
