Photo Retoucher and Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photo Retoucher and Graphic Designer to enhance product images and create visually engaging graphic designs for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, color accuracy, and branding consistency, and can manage multiple creative projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Photo Retouching

Retouch and enhance product and lifestyle images according to brand guidelines

Perform color correction, exposure balancing, background cleanup, and image compositing

Remove imperfections while maintaining a natural and realistic appearance

Optimize images for e-commerce, marketing, social media, and print use

Ensure visual consistency across all imagery

Graphic Design

Design marketing materials including banners, ads, social media creatives, brochures, and catalogs

Develop layouts, typography, and visual assets aligned with brand identity

Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams

Resize and adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher and/or Graphic Designer

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign

Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy

Experience with product, fashion, or e-commerce imagery is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Skills

Experience with commercial or lifestyle photo retouching

Knowledge of branding and marketing principles

Familiarity with digital marketing and social media design standards

Basic understanding of print production and file preparation

Education

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Photography, or equivalent experience preferred
