Job Role: Phone Banking Officer

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing solutions over the phone with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with a positive attitude
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products & services
• Resolve queries, raise service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain call quality, compliance, and process adherence
• Update customer interactions in the system accurately

Requirements

• Excellent spoken communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Good listening & problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and confidence
• Basic computer proficiency
