Prudential (UK) in partnership with the HCL group plans to set-up a standalone Indian health insurance company to address the growing healthcare needs of the Indian consumer. 

This joint venture will combine Prudential's global expertise in insurance and financial services with HCL Group’s experience in technology and healthcare solutions.

Reporting to Agency Sales Head  

 

We are seeking an Experienced and Creative training content developer to design and develop engaging training content for our health insurance business Partners, Advisors, Employees and customers  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design & develop comprehensive training content, including modules, courses and assessments, to support the learning needs of advisors, business partners, employees and customers 

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that training content is accurate, up to date and compliant with industry regulations  

  • Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive training content that meets the needs of diverse learners 

  • Use story telling techniques and visuals to make complex health insurance concepts accessible and engaging for learners  

  • Proficiently use E-learning authoring tools, such as articulate storyline, adobe captivate, or lectora inspire 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines 

  • Collaborate with stake holders such as agency head, zonal head, product manager and customer service teams, to ensure that training content meets business needs. 

 

Qualification & Experience  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, communication or related fields. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred  

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance domain, training content development, Institutional design or a related field  

  • Familiarity with the health insurance industry, including products, services and regulations  

  • Proficiently use e-learning authoring tools, such as articulate storyline adobe captivate or lectora inspire. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent communication, project management and interpersonal abilities  

  • Professional certification in insurance is plus
