Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist based in Chennai. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, ensuring compliance with medical prescriptions, and providing guidance to patients regarding medication usage. Additional duties include inventory management, collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, and maintaining regulatory compliance within the pharmacy setting.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of pharmacological principles, medication dispensing, and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance to patients and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in inventory management and record-keeping to ensure accurate pharmaceutical operations
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols and medication guidelines
- Relevant certifications and qualifications, including a degree in Pharmacy and a valid pharmacist license
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting is an advantage
