Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor – OSD (Pellets & DC Granules)

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to support our OSD manufacturing operations. The role focuses on pellets, DC granules, and taste-mask granules, with emphasis on GMP compliance and accurate production documentation.

• Supervise daily production activities for pellets, DC granules, and taste-mask granules.
• Prepare and review BMRs and ensure completeness of batch records.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOPs, and all documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with QA for in-process checks, sampling, and batch release activities.
• Work with the stores team to manage material planning and inventory.
• Support dispatch documentation and collaborate with logistics for timely shipments.

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
• 23 years of experience in OSD manufacturing, preferably in pellets or DC granules.
• Strong understanding of granulation, pelletization, and GMP practices.
• Hands-on experience with BMR/BPR preparation and production documentation.

• Solid knowledge of OSD manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
