Role Overview

We are seeking a Lab Assistant to support the compounding laboratory operations at Zenovira Health. The role involves assisting pharmacists in capsule filling and transdermal cream preparation, maintaining laboratory hygiene and organization, managing records, and ensuring strict adherence to established laboratory protocols and quality standards. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in chemistry or pharmacy who are interested in working in a pharmaceutical compounding environment and gaining hands-on experience in personalized medicine..

Key Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in capsule filling and preparation of transdermal creams under supervision

Support weighing, measuring, and preparation of ingredients used in formulations

Ensure proper cleaning, sanitization, and organization of laboratory equipment and workspace

Maintain accurate laboratory records, batch documentation, and inventory logs

Support compliance with established laboratory protocols, SOPs, and quality control procedures

Assist in handling raw materials and preparing materials required for compounding

Monitor stock levels of consumables and assist in maintaining inventory records

Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements within the laboratory

Qualifications & Experience

B.Sc. (Chemistry) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institution

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a organized setup.

Basic understanding of laboratory practices, hygiene standards, and documentation procedures

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately

Good organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
