Experience - 5 to 11 years
Responsibilities
Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of drug discovery and early-stage pharmaceutical R&D.
Familiarity with biological pathways, molecular biology, and disease mechanisms.
Experience working with omics datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics).
Exposure to biomarker discovery or translational research.
Analytics & Technical Skills
Strong programming skills in Python or R.
Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling.
Experience analyzing high-dimensional biological datasets.
Knowledge of SQL and data processing workflows.
Consulting & Collaboration
Ability to translate scientific questions into analytics problems and models.
Strong communication skills with ability to interact with scientists and R&D stakeholders.
- Experience working with pharma R&D or biotech teams.
