Pharma Factory QC / QA / Production (mid-level)

We are looking for experienced pharma professionals across Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Production to support manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who can own operations at the shop-floor level and act as a first-line manager.

Responsibilities:

Quality Control (QC):

• Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Maintain lab records, documentation, and calibration logs
• Ensure adherence to testing protocols and specifications

Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards
• Review batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR)
• Conduct internal audits and support external inspections
• Handle deviations, CAPA, and documentation control

Production

• Supervise manufacturing processes and ensure output targets
• Monitor shop-floor activities and maintain process discipline
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with QA/QC for smooth production flow

Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc (Chemistry or related field)
• 3 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory guidelines
• Experience in handling teams (first-line manager level)
• Good documentation and process orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
