Position: PGT English (Senior Secondary)

Location: Mansukhbhai Kothari National School, Kondhwa, Pune

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and academically driven PGT English educator who can inspire senior secondary learners through literature, language, and critical thinking. The ideal candidate will bring subject depth, pedagogical innovation, and a commitment to nurturing confident communicators and analytical thinkers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons for Grades XIXII.
• Prepare students for board examinations by implementing structured academic planning and conducting regular assessments.
• Foster advanced reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills through diverse literary texts.
• Integrate contemporary teaching methodologies, digital tools, and differentiated instruction strategies.
• Design question papers, worksheets, projects, and enrichment material.
• Monitor academic progress and offer constructive feedback to students and their parents.
• Contribute to literary clubs, debates, theatre, creative writing initiatives, and school publications.
• Participate actively in school events, training programs, and academic planning meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Masters Degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Minimum 35 years of experience teaching senior secondary classes.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proven track record of producing excellent board results.
