Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons for Classes

10, 11, and 12 in alignment with CBSE guidelines.

Develop clear lesson plans, practical activities, and assessments

that support conceptual understanding and application.

Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure proper safety practices

and equipment management.

Evaluate students performance through assignments, tests,

and examinations; provide constructive feedback.

Prepare students for board examinations and competitive

exams such as JEE and NEET where relevant.

Maintain discipline, a positive classroom environment, and

effective communication with students.

Collaborate with faculty for interdisciplinary learning and CBSE

related academic planning.

Participate in staff meetings, training programs, parentteacher

meetings, and school events.

Stay updated with curriculum changes, teaching

methodologies, and educational trends.

Qualifications & Experience :

Masters degree in Physics or Applied Physics (Mandatory)

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.

510 years of proven teaching experience in a CBSE English

medium school.

Strong communication skills in English.

Demonstrated ability to teach advanced concepts with clarity.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong command over the CBSE Physics curriculum.

Excellent classroom management and student engagement

skills.

Ability to use modern teaching aids, digital tools, and smart

classroom technology.

Patience, empathy, and a student-centric approach.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
