Job Description
Job Title: PGT ICT
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Planning & Delivery:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum for Computers.
- Deliver engaging lectures and interactive sessions that enhance students' understanding.
- Incorporate various teaching methods and project-based learning to enrich the learning experience.
2. Assessment & Evaluation:
- Design and administer regular assessments, assignments, and exams to monitor and evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their academic performance.
- Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE board exams.
3. Classroom Management:
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Address student concerns and provide individual attention where necessary.
4. Professional Development:
- Participate in professional development workshops, seminars, and conferences to continuously improve teaching practices.
5. Parent & Community Engagement:
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance and progress.
- Engage with the school community through events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
