Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post-Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English and Literature, located in Gurugram. The PGT English will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, evaluating student progress, and fostering a constructive educational environment. The role also involves mentoring students on language proficiency, guiding them through literature and composition, and supporting their development of critical thinking and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and the ability to effectively instruct students in both language and literature
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to encourage active participation and articulate ideas clearly
• Experience with Translation and the ability to explain complex language concepts to students
• Skills in Training and providing academic guidance to students
• Prior experience in Customer Service or similar roles is an advantage, highlighting interpersonal and organizational skills
• Relevant teaching certification or degree in English or Education is required
• Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and comfort with using educational technology.
