Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning and Implementation:

• Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
• Design engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.

Classroom Management:

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Manage and maintain discipline within the classroom.
• Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.
• Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.

Student Development:

• Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
• Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated on the latest developments in English language and literature education.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.

School Activities:

• Actively participate in school events, committees, and extracurricular activities.
• Support the school's vision and mission in all aspects of teaching and learning.

Qualifications:

• Master's and Bachelors degree in English.
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
