Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PGT English teacher at Green Valley English School, Kerakat, located in Varanasi. The PGT English teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons for higher secondary students, preparing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will encourage students to develop their English language skills, critical thinking, and literary analysis abilities while fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in English Teaching with a deep knowledge of English literature and grammar
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and parents
• Proficiency in Translation and language articulation
• Experience in Training or mentoring students
• Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service by addressing student and parent concerns effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a related field
• Prior teaching experience at the high-school or higher secondary level is preferred
• Knowledge of instructional techniques and classroom management strategies
